Great anticipation today as we all gathered for the monthly meeting- the last meeting before our exhibition at Barton Grange Garden Centre on the 24th- 26th February 2017. Members loaded with exhibits packaged and labelled came through the doors as the inclement weather continued outside.
After the notices, many linked to the exhibition as well as information of the North West Regional Day, everyone settled down to their stitching.

| | The committee sorted threads and fabrics for the sale tables, checked details of pieces – titles, definitely completed work, insurance cover and the important details of how work was to be displayed (hang, table top or cabinet). The stewarding and demonstration rota was also completed. |
As usual a great variety of work was being stitched from patchwork to beadwork. Such skill and talent always amazes me.
Chatter, fun and enjoyment continued throughout the day and by 3:30pm members began to clear away.
We are looking forward to the exhibition, after months of stitching and organising by the committee I am sure it will be a very good event. Hopefully we will see you there.
